Commercial Terms

BidOptic is currently operating in a closed Design Partner phase.

Who this is designed for. BidOptic is built for DSP teams running active programmatic campaigns with meaningful conversion signal. As a rough guide, prospective Design Partners should have: at least 100,000 rows of historical auction logs covering 8 or more consecutive weeks, at least 50 attributable conversions over the historical export window (note: full ML fidelity requires 100 or more conversions; clients between 50–99 will run with calibrated segment-mean fallback models, which remain useful for market intelligence but produce wider ROAS variance bands), and an engineering team able to implement the Enricher and Strategy Python interfaces. If you are close to these thresholds but not over them, please reach out. Many data limitations are handleable at the calibration layer.

Because we deploy directly into your VPC as a zero-egress, air-gapped Docker container, our licensing model reflects enterprise software, not a traditional SaaS subscription. We do not charge based on impression volume, API calls, or seat counts.

The Design Partner Agreement

The initial engagement is structured as a time-limited Evaluation Period, the exact duration of which is negotiated and agreed in writing between the Parties before the evaluation begins (typically 30–60 calendar days).

  1. No Upfront Cost: You run the BidOptic Local Schema Validator, we mint your secure Sandbox container, and you evaluate the system against your own historical logs for the duration of the agreed Evaluation Period.
  2. Objective Trigger: Before the trial begins, we mutually agree on an accuracy threshold (e.g., the simulation's ROAS projection must fall within the pre-agreed accuracy threshold (typically 20%) of your actual live-week results).
  3. Conversion: If the simulation meets the agreed accuracy threshold by the end of the Evaluation Period, Client may convert to a paid commercial licence by sending written confirmation to BidOptic. If the threshold is not met, you owe us nothing.

Post-Evaluation Licensing

Upon successful completion of the evaluation, licenses are available on flexible terms tailored to your procurement cycle: Quarterly Annual Multi-Year

Note: Organizations joining during the Design Partner phase receive significant, lifetime early-adopter discounts on their base license fees.

Pricing is node-locked and hardware-validated per deployment. Specific pricing tiers will be discussed and agreed upon during your initial scoping call prior to the Evaluation Period.
